Once we receive your inquiry, our team will guide you through the return process for either a full refund (where applicable) or store credit.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product(s).

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with original tags, safety seals, and packaging intact.

  • Refunds/returns will not be accepted without the original tag and seal.

  • All returns must be shipped via a trackable shipping method.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if:

  • The product shows signs of wear/usage.

  • Parts/accessories of the product are missing.

  • The return is due to personal preference (e.g., dislike of color or size).

Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be granted only under the following conditions:

  1. If a product is found to be inauthentic.

  2. If there is a manufacturing or shipping damage.

  3. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

    • If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

  4. If the ordered product goes out of stock.

    • In such cases, the full payment will be refunded, or upon customer consent, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
